Speak to the bench before you bring the stone
YIELD DIAMOND LIMITED works by appointment, and every booking starts with a short conversation. Tell the bench what you hold, what paperwork travels with it and which of the six services you think applies. If you are unsure, the bench will place it for you.

Visiting
The bench sits on the sixth floor and is reached by the building lift. Please confirm your slot by phone before travelling, because the room holds one party at a time and the tray rail is prepared in advance.
Three questions the bench hears most
Yes, bring the original report where one exists, along with any invoice or prior appraisal. The certification review sets the stone beside its own document, and a photocopy is not enough for that comparison. If the certificate has been lost, say so when booking and the bench will advise what can still be read from the stone alone.
A single stone usually runs forty minutes to an hour, covering intake, the quiet reading and the document walkthrough. Estates and multi-piece insurance runs are booked as longer sessions, often across two visits so the inventory can be recorded carefully. The bench will confirm the expected length when the slot is agreed.
No. A figure given without the lamp, the caliper and the certificate in front of the bench would not be worth writing down, and the bench will not put its name to one. A short call can establish which service applies and what to bring, but the reading itself happens at 6/F Lai Cheung House on Robinson Road.
